We never like to see a customer leave, but we understand that sometimes this happens. If you decide to cancel service with us, the process is headache-free. Simply call 828-527-3218 Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, or email us at info@duncansgarbage.com, clearly stating that you want to cancel service and the reason for your decision. You will receive a cancellation confirmation. If you do NOT receive this confirmation, your account for garbage pickup is still active with us. Please note that we cannot close any account that has an open balance; all open balances must be settled before your account is considered closed. Additionally, we will not issue any refunds for months paid in advance. This is why we highly recommend utilizing our waste management services until your account reflects a $0.00 balance.
